Hello Marilyn, you CAN NOT update to latest firefox your 10.5 mac, because the latest firefox version for your os (10.5) is the version you already have 16.0 (to be specific 16.0.2), see: Firefox no longer works with Mac OS X 10.5.
- Mac OS X SteamOS + Linux Minimum:. Windows 7 SP1 or higher. 1.80GHz Processor. 2GB Memory. DX10 Video card with 512MB of VRAM.
- I downloaded Firefox 50 via the built in update. When I hit restart to install the update, I get a window saying that Firefox wants to install a 'new helper tool' and that I need to enter an admin password to complete the update.
