There's a few ways to do this. Here's two (pick the method you like):
Method 1: Using 'askpass'.
With this you always do sudo -A command. The -A argument tells sudo to execute a command that echos the password to stdout. That command is something you write. For this explaination let's call the command pw and stick it /usr/local/bin. So it's full pathname would be /usr/local/bin/pw.
sudo -A can get the pathname to pw a number of ways.
1. From the sudoers file.
Use visudo to add the following line to the sudoers file:
Defaults:ALL askpass=/usr/local/bin/pw
2. Using the SUDO_ASKPASS environment variable.
export SUDO_ASKPASS=/usr/local/bin/pw
This might work too (assuming SUDO_ASKPASS has been previously exported):
SUDO_ASKPASS=/usr/local/bin/pw sudo -A command
------------------------------------------------
Method 2: Have sudo read the password from stdin
echo -n password sudo -S command
The -S option tells sudo to read the password from stdin so echo pipes it in (without the ending newline).
The only relatively secure scheme of these two methods is the askpass (-A) method. At least with that method you have a chance of encrypting/hiding your password down in the command that echoes it to stdout. The -S method would contain your password explicitly in a script somewhere unless you make other provisions to encrypt/hide it with that technique.

Barb and Star Go to Vista Del Mar is a 2021 American comedy film directed by Josh Greenbaum, from a screenplay by Kristen Wiig and Annie Mumolo. The film stars Wiig and Mumolo, alongside Jamie Dornan and Damon Wayans Jr., and follows two best friends from Nebraska who travel to Florida on vacation only to become caught up in a villain's plot.
Barb and Star Go to Vista Del Mar was released in the United States via PVOD on February 12, 2021, by Lionsgate. The film received generally positive reviews from critics.
Midwestern, middle-aged best friends Barb and Star opt to leave their small town of Soft Rock, Nebraska for the first time to go on vacation to Vista Del Mar, Florida. Both women are apprehensive about trying something new, having been widowed (in Barb's case) or abandoned (in Star's case) by their husbands years ago, but are more afraid of losing the 'shimmer' that made their lives joyful. Along the way, the two friends construct a narrative about an idealized woman named 'Trish', whose inspiring life story ends with her diving into the sea and becoming a water spirit. Upon arrival, they find accommodations at the luxurious Vista Del Mar Hotel and resolve to try many excursions together, particularly an inflatable banana inner tube ride.
Meanwhile, an eccentric villain named Sharon Gordon Fisherman is plotting against the denizens of Vista Del Mar. Sharon lived there as a child, and her pale white skin and sensitivity to the sun made her an outcast. After bullies humiliated Sharon by having her shot out of a human cannon as part of the town's annual Seafood Jam festival, Sharon vowed revenge. She plans to unleash lethal genetically engineered mosquitos upon the town and kill everyone. She sends her besotted henchman, Edgar, to Vista Del Mar to plant a homing beacon that will attract the mosquitos to the town once they are unleashed. She falsely promises Edgar that if he succeeds, she will finally make their relationship official.
Barb and Star encounter a depressed Edgar at the hotel bar and the ladies begin to bond with him. A night of drinking, partying, drug use, and sexual escapades between the three follows. The next morning, Edgar realizes that he has lost the beacon during the previous night's events, infuriating Sharon. Sharon sends another agent, Darlie Bunkle, to give Edgar another beacon and spy on him, Barb, and Star. The two women each grapple with their feelings for Edgar. Barb meets with Edgar, but feels conflicted about seeking him out behind Star's back, refusing to pursue him any further. Star also meets with Edgar, but despite feeling conflicted about Barb, continues to have a sexual relationship with him in secret that develops into romance.
Star's secret tryst leaves Barb alone at the resort, but Barb develops a sense of adventure again, trying out all Vista Del Mar has to offer. On the day of the annual Seafood Jam, she decides to wait for Star before going on the banana ride, but spots Star and Edgar having sex in Edgar's room. She goes to confront Edgar afterward, but overhears his plans with Sharon to plant the beacon. She informs Star, who accuses her of jealousy, while Barb angrily accuses her of lying to her. Sharon uses photos from Darlie to convince Edgar that Barb and Star are spies and that Star was using him. She orders him to kill them. Edgar captures them but cannot bring himself to kill them, leaving them indoors where they will be safe and plants the beacon. They escape, but are kidnapped by Sharon, who brings them to an ocean cliff. She forces the women to jump to their deaths, and leaves to go ensure her revenge succeeds. As they fall, Barb and Star's culottes act as parachutes that allow them to safely land on the ground. They reconcile and go to stop Sharon.
Edgar realizes that Sharon lied to him about Barb and Star and that she never loved him and was setting him up to die with the rest of the townsfolk. He spots Star and Barb and helps them locate the planted homing beacon. He confesses his love to Star, but they are held at gunpoint by Darlie. Edgar fights Darlie, while Star and Barb escape with the beacon, taking a jet ski as far out to sea as they can to save the town. Sharon uses the human cannon to reach them, regaining the beacon. However, it is too late and the unleashed mosquitos converge on her. Barb and Star submerge themselves underwater to avoid the mosquitos, prepared to drown. However, they are rescued and magically brought back to shore by none other than Trish, who truly is a water spirit. Sharon also arrives on shore, having survived the mosquitos by taking an antidote. Star recognizes that Sharon's hostility is born from her bullied childhood, having never experienced true friendship like her and Barb. She offers to be Sharon's friend, as do the other residents, melting Sharon's icy facade. The town celebrates. Barb and Star happily ride the banana ride together, both women having regained their shimmer: Star through her relationship with Edgar, and Barb through her new sense of adventure.
